Christmas soon....

Christmas is one of my favor holiday and the most expensive holiday in the year, at least for me.
Of course,it has it's feeling of joy and happiness ,but that's mostly for kids. All the Christmas lights,stockings,ornaments,and cold weather makes Christmas so joyful and welcoming. I believe that of I lived up north I would be able to enjoy the true feeling of Christmas. I love the cold weather. Hopefully everyone enjoys their winter break and holidays. I will be spoiling my beautiful girls and taking advantage of this somewhat chilly breeze.

English class....

Professor Hamon is amazing teacher,I am not a good writer,but I really do think I got better. This is my second semester with prof Hamon and I learn a lot about Google,blogger, and other cool staff in class.
I like that we had opportunity to work together as a group. The people in my group were awesome, love them. I really enjoyed this class and hope everyone did.

weekends...

 Thanksgiving about the most enjoyble holiday.Its when all family members could finally get together and spend quality time with each others.My thanksgiving consisted of the little family members that I have and variety of culture food. I had Russian,Cuban food, and American food on the table. I enjoy my thanksgiving every year,it would be one of my favoable holidays.

Blogger

Before this English class I  have no idea about what is blogger. I think is very cool that we can express uor thoughts throug blogging.Sometimes we have so much to say and to share,but we have no body that we can share our feelings. Blogging helps me to express my self .Other things that I like from blogger is also you can read other people thoughts. I really learned a lot of new things in this class. I so thankful to professor Hamon for his time and patience.

My English class

During this semester I have learned that an essay has to be easy to follow or it will not indulge the readers interest. The writer must try to keep the readers interest in his/her work alive. Other than the correct placement of commas, the use of quotations can initiate an interest in a literary project. Before this course I never thought about using quotes to develop a point before. To find a quote that correctly states what you want to say is very difficult and time consuming. The time it takes to find a quote is well worth the effort because it raises the literary work to another plateau. A quote gives the reader something to think about, it lets the reader discover what the quotation means to his/herself. 

Weekend...

As ever may know, this weekend the new Twilight movie hit the theaters. On Friday I went with my daughters to see just how good is it. The movie was so captivating, it altered my perspective on love and just how passionate and real it use to me.
This weekend was very relaxing for me. On Saturday and Sunday I spent quality time with my girls(daughters). I God bless every given moment I have with them. I hope everyone had as good and blesses weekend as I did .

Doc3 -1

I previously thought that I was certain on what argument I was going to present in my document three but I'm now indecisive . I want to present an argument that I have a complete understanding of and one that I would be able to express to the best of my ability. I have researched a few articles in the past couple days . Doc3.....

I'm very excited for this upcoming essay mainly because this document topic is to my liking. I enjoy the many interesting topics that professor Hamon picks out for us, they're all challenging in their own way . This specific document is argumentative and with ,y character it'll be a fun and interesting assignment. I have already contemplated on my particular argument that I wish to present. I wish everyone good luck on document three!

Election....

While I was watch the election,my adrenaline was pumping up. My excitement wasn't focused on who was going to win but more on how the election was handled. In my country there was no such thing as the citizens having a say in " what they'd like or prefer". It was thrilling to witness just how serious all the voters were. Whole country were involved. It's was amazing to me, I enjoyed watching the elections although I couldn't vote. I love this country so much!!!

My crazy weekend...

This Friday my sister and I went to Puerto Rico for weekend. Its was amazing, we had such a good time there, except that we missed our flight and have to flight to Miami airport instead west palm. We supposed to be back home Sunday early afternoon,but since we missed a flight we got home at 11pm.
Monday at 8am I had a state test for CNA, of course I have no time even for review. Lucky me wake up and find out that I have flat tire. I was about to freak out , dropped my daughter at school, quickly stopped to put air. I did make it to my test and passed it, I really not know how.... , my crazy life,but I love it:)))

Cloud service

Whether you realize it or not, you're probably already using cloud-based services. Pretty much everyone with a computer has been. Gmail and Google Docs are two prime examples; we just don't think of those services in those terms.Cloud computing is simply a fancy term for Internet-based computing. The technology is at the place that makes it easy to do, and more people than ever are using cloud computing to help with many aspects of family life.

Doc 2 ..

I'm kind of like our next Doc topic about Cloud. I never knew before that we can do so much staff on google,before the English class with mr Hamon. He's very creative professor, and I learn in this class a lot. Google Docs is amazing, allow us to keep and edit our documents online, and by doing so,the documents are accessible anywhere and we can share and collaborate on them. I think it's great. So I hope everybody have fun doing Doc 2. Good luck.

Cloud services....

Cloud comoutering has been changing how most people use the web and how they store their files. It’s the structure that runs sites like Facebook, Amazon and Twitter and the core that allows us to take advantage of services like Google Docs and Gmail. But how does it work?
Most websites and server-based applications run on particular computers or servers. What differentiates the cloud from the way those are set up is that the cloud utilizes the resources from the computers as a collective virtual computer, where the applications can run independently from particular computer or server configurations. They are basically floating around in a “cloud of resources”, making the hardware less important to how the applications work.

Doc 2....

The new assignment suppose to be intresting ,because I always want to know more about Internet. Professor Hamon showed to us a lot of things we can do on Internet, that I never knew before. Im glad that we done with Doc 1,which was about political ,really wasn't  my favorite.

The weekend....

This weekend was far from anything that I expected. With hurricane Sandys visit to Florida I got an extra day with my girls. I felt so overwhelmed when I heard that school would be cancelled in all public schools in Palm Beach County. I always feel like I have to entertain my girls, but we ended up staying home and relaxing during the hurricane on Thursday. Today, my family and I spent the day downtown and enjoyed one anothers company . This hurricane weather and breeze really gives me a pleasant feeling for this upcoming winter. Winter is by far my most favorite season.

Peer review.....

It is nice that my peers can review my document and tell me what is wrong with my paper. Since my native language is not English it is very helpful,but I have the best group and we help each others a lot(spacially Diana ) no matter of fact the most important opinion to me is opinion from our dear professor Hamon.

Weekend....

For my weekend I decided to take my youngest daughter and her friend to have some girl time. We went out for ice cream and enjoyed the cool fall breeze at our local park. Although we had a blast I missed my eldest daughter since she went away to Orlando for Halloween Horror Nights with her friends. Over all my weekend was quite pleasant and peaceful. I enjoyed myself and the presents of the little ones. As the weekend came to an end , I hit the books and began preparing for my school week. It wasn't an exciting weekend but very relaxing .

Last night Debate..

I was watched the presidentail debate last night,and I think Obama did much better than the first debate,but anybody could have beat his first performance. Obama had some serious points on Romney's tax cut. Romney still does not give any details on what he is going to do. Obama also had much to say on education, where Romney I think didn't, however, as both candidates did well.

First Doc...

Today Is due of ours first Doc about presidential election,and it's group paper which I love it,because I have the best people in my group! Its going to be intresting papper because it's four of us and we all have different opinion about this election. I love the topics that we picked,it's four defferent topics and I look forward to see different opinions of my classmates . Good luck everyone!

Debate....

Although I am not eligible to vote at this year’s presidential elections , I do have a few opinions concerning the current president and his opponent Romney. I believe that Obama could have done a lot more during his first two years of presidency .  Past presidential promises could have been made a reality when democrats had all the political power. The economy has made no significant improvement and the countries debt is higher than what it was when Obama first started.   Obama needs to promote jobs and employment by those who receive unemployment benefits.  Romney on the other hand has introduced more options to improve the current economy, although not in concrete terms.   I like his ideas about unemployment benefits and reducing the deficit.  Maybe it’s time for a fresh start at the White House

Motivation....

Motivation is the key to success. My motivation would have to be my family,my beautiful kids,and my friends. They really do motivate me so that I could be more encouraged and driven to keep going. My friends try to motivate me by keeping me on track whenever I start to lose focus.They persuade me to refrain from giving up and to always remember the things that I want to do in life. No one said life would be easy and if you want something you have to work for it.

English class...

I love professor Hamon English class, we learn a lot of cool staff. It is kind of complicated and a lot of information,but longer you follow the professor its all clicked. So i wish a good luck to everyone in class.

Presidential election....

I'm not a big political fan,but in my opinion Romney would be the candidate that's going to win. I personally believe that we should be working to make America become debt free and focused on fixing the economy. America needs a president that can fix the economy's mess. Romney appears to be a successful businessman and I hope that he would have a better plan to fix our issues. I do not like either one, at the end of the day they are all great talkers,that's all!

final blog.....

Thats so awesome what we did today at class.We created this document about ours blogs and then professor Hamon took us to this site called "Wordle" where we can see what is was important for us this whole semester. My picture is shows that school,kids,and love were most important things. We learned a lot of new staff in this class which i absolutely love it.Thank professor Hamon,and see you in Com 3.

Last paper....

I have to be honest, the Doc 3 was such a mission for me. I finally figure out what I'm going to write about,but I just can not put all thoughts together. With all the holidays and hurricane of course I leave it to the last moment. When I finally got myself together and started my Doc3 ,my Internet stopped working. I called the Comcast and stayed on the phone for about 45 minutes.
My kids were around driving me crazy......!!!! It took me the whole Sunday to finish my paper!!!!
Thanks to God, I made it!!!

Almost done....

Well here we go, the term is almost done. This semester past by a very quick for me,compared to last one. Have to be honest that English class is my favor,even though we had to write all those papers,(I have not start my Doc3 yet). I really enjoyed to be in the class,I think professor Hamon is very helpful. I have to be honest ,that it wasn't easy to read,to understand and to analyzed all this little poems and plays. Although,as soon as you figure out what they about,you just love them. I wish that all my classes were as this one.

It's being a lazy day.....

So I wake up this morning and saw my phone full of text messages and missed calls telling me that due hurricane isaac palm beach county closed all schools. I supposed to have test today so I'm like good student went to school and Juan ,the who do cleaning told me that school is closed. I come back home and my kids and I did nothing all day. The weather was perfect to snuggled.

.Doc 3...

Well today read all those poems and I think i like couple of them that I going to write about. I know it's going to be not easy because I already was doing research and it's really not much information .they are really small. All this poems women trying to tell us and show differences between men and women. It's not going to be easy paper, plus is 1500 words. Good luck everybody!!!

My Doc3 ...., what to choose???

After read all this poems I'm not sure yet which Im going to write about. I want to be honest it's going to be not easy ,because I still have to fix Doc 2. All poems are sound very mysterious ,I have to read couple time to understand whats about. I kind of like couple of them ,so I'm going to research about those poems and Saturday I'm going to start my paper.

It's school time again...

It's school time again!!!This year my older daughter starts 11th grade and my little Vanessa starts her first grade. Some kids fell nervous or little scared in the first day of the school, my kids were excited, specialy little Vanessa. When I picked her up after school,she was all happy and exciteted that her best friend from kindergarten in the same class with her. In our way back home she was talking  non stop about her first  day in school. My older daughter Samira was not too exciting, beside her seven  classes in school, she has three days in week night time classes in PBSC. Summer is over ,back to reality.

Music

Music is the universal Language

I feel like music can bring nations together. There doesn't even have to be words in the song for the message in the song to get across. Genres like Jazz, R&B and Blues that started here in the U.S have made it all the way to Africa China and Russia. The other day while listening to BB KIng on youtube I came across a Blues song in Russian and it sounded amazing. I honestly feel if our country and all the other nations could come together in song we would be better off on other aspects in ourrelations 

My life symbol is the tree

The roots represent my family and my history. They reach deep into the Earth and work as an anchor. As the tree grows, its many branches extend outwards just like the events in my life shape who I am, always growing and reaching out. The tree is ever changing. It is strong and stable. It provides shelter for the animals that live within and beneath it. It provides food with it’s seeds. It provides warmth 

with it’s wood. The tree is life.

School life...

We're almost done with this term, and my kids are going to start school on Monday. This term wasnt bad , the only issue was that I did not spend enough time with my girls this summer. This summer passed by very quickly and I can't believe that I only have one more term until I'm going to take the teas test. I'm very exciting and nervous about the nursing program ,but that's something I really want to do . I'm dedicating myself to any necessary study's ill need to accomplish before taking the test. It has always been my goal to be succesful and help provide for my children independently.

Friday...

It's Friday!!!! I love my weekends , today I had amazing day with my girls. I wake up early study for a bit and then day begin. We went to Miami look at the cars for my older daughter. I have to be honest it's not that easy to choose car for teen girl. It's took as couple hours, then we went to seaquarium, it's was so much fun. Then ofcouse we end up at the mall shopping . I love to spend time with my girls,but school take so much time ,I hope one day it's well pay off. I wish that everyone have a nice weekend. :)))

Trifles play....

Trifles is very intresting story. It's about one women who obvious wasn't happy in her marriage .
When I was reading this play I really don't understand what's about ,and I have to read couple times to analyze and understand what is going on. It's amazed me what women can do.mrs wright killed her husband and don't leave no evidence. This play get my attention because it's show that women can do a lot crazy things and be very smart about,kill the person and be in the same room with died person.
I was doing research a lot,to figure out more things and I really like the play and I decided that is going to be my next paper assignment .

literary voice.....

Voice has so much to do with the reader's experience of work of literature,so its one of the most importantelements of writing. Its characteristic speech and thought patterns of a narrator.
Voice helps readers to understand the writing style.By voice and by tone,we can see the autor attitude toward a subject. Helps us understand a story.

Story as a genre...

I love comedy movies. I used to like romance movie ,but I think I passed this time in my life when I was romantic and love to watch movie about how love is beautiful. Don't take me wrong love is  amazing and most beuatyful thing in life,but I'm getting old ,I have to kids and so much stress in life ,I love to watch something funny and entertaining. Comedies make me be more realistic and helps me keep going.

Finally Friday ....

Hello everyone,today is Friday my favor day of the week,because is not school. I spent whole day with my beautiful  amazing kids,we had so much fun. We were skating, shopping,we went to the movie , a lots of fun. I'm so happy that I spent sometime with girls because with school during the week obvious is impassible.
Loving the weather to cuddle with them in bed for a little bit,then mommy time to go out . I'm defenatly need some drink. Have a good weekend everybody.

Glaspell's trifles story....

The "Trifles"  is very confusing short  story. It's about one lady who used to be happy person ,got married with this guy and her personality and life changed .Obviously she wasn't happy in this marriage and  I think at the end of the story she killed the husband. So it's gonna be very challenging to write a paper about this story ,but I'll try to google and look for some information. Good luck everyone!!!

A rise for Emily

Story "a rose for Emily "is very nice story. At the beginning was a little complicated. Emily was a mysterious person to me,but then I see how from a hopeful young girl to secretive women.after death of her father she's an object for the people town where she leave. People can be sometimes really nosy and into somebody business and can make it really not easy. This story is very deep,she was sleeping with death body..?!? That's crazy ,but showing how in love she was ....

thing that i carry each day...

The things that i carry with me is my faith that one day i will graduate from my school and be a nurse ,that is for now. school is very important to me at this point in my life.I put a lot of efford and time to it.. 
Other thing what i carry is my lovely kids. whatever i do in my life my kids make me motivate to do my best fbecause of them.

Last class on Tuesday we for the first time have apportunity to review ours paper with classmates and be able to make corrections. I think is great that we can help each others with the papers and return it in fixed. Class getting little harder but really like it . Thanks to my group I love it.

Our final document .

Hello today is Friday I'm so happy that I can spend time with kids and friends. Yesterday at my English class we almost finished our first document about "when mr.Prizada come to dine".i learn something new again in this class,I love it,we were evaluate each other stories,which is fun. Our document come up very good and interesting we just need to add some more information from reaserches and references. Good luck everyone with your final document.

my thoughts about story of "when mr.Pirzada come to dine"

"When mr.Pirzada Come To Dine" I like this story of little girl .In this story she telling us that how she realized and appreciate the culture where she from and culture from pakistant,which she thought was similar to indian. I like that she was praying every night for  mr.Pirzada daughters,although she don not know them. 
That is show me that she was very caring little girl.

My English class is very is kind of complicating for me but I love it. I like that we work as group on our assignment,it's very helpful that we can help each other and write together. As a fact I love my girls in the group is Dionne and Diana,they help me to keep a track and if I don't understand something they always explain what I supposed to do. Beside that I learned a lot in this class and looking forward to learn more.

After I finished reading " When Mr. Pirzada Came To Dine " it left me with a lot of questions. The relationship between Mr.Pirzada and Lilia was really strange to me. She did indeed care for his family and their well being, but it was rare for her to engage a conversation with Mr.Pirzada. Lilia seems like a very observant girl. She was very respectful, obedient, and caring young lady. It amazed me on how concerned Lilia got when she heard the news of war beginning to stir up. The whole situation seemed to all be in her perspective though. This story was quite interesting and i enjoyed reading it.

When I was reading "My Two Life's" story is remind me my life. I come to America 11 years ago and I have my two kids who speak a perfect English and here I'm still have my strong russian accent. I try to keep my Russian traditions and beliefs.at home I try to speak with my kids in Russian,but as today I can see how little by little they are loosing a russian language,and answering back to me in english when i talk to them.They become more Americans,spacialy the younger one,which is fine to me. Like many immigrants in this country I felt the same neither Russian nor American and that pressure to have two lives,like the author of rom story says,loyal to the old world and fluent in the new,not easy. I also understood with age that I always will be Russian no matter what,because that's where I come from, but not my kids.

Hey today we did something new to me in class,which  is blogging. I think is kind of cool thing ,but since I'm not that familiar to the computer is was kind of complicated  for me. I am personally don not use computer as much only checking my mail ,shopping and some everyday staff,so today I am definitely learned  something new.I know that is going to chalenging for me because I am not good for writing, my garmmar is horrable and I am slow tapyng. I hope that a sudents in my class will understand that and not going to make fun of me.
